How to set data limit on SmartPhone and Tablets

Android has a habit of running services in the background which can consume a lot of data. If you are on a limited data pack, here’s what you can do so as not to cross your allotted usage.Big internet bills can be a pain, especially when it comes to Android (which has tons of applications that keep using web services in the background). You cannot stop these applications from doing so unless you don’t uninstall them completely. But the good thing about Android is that you can set monthly limits to your data usage to avoid crossing your mobile data usage. And hence you can save money!
1. Go to setting by clicking/tapping on option button of your android device.
2.Below Bluetooth, you can see data usage option, tap there.

3.At the top you will see mobile data on/off button. You can easily off that button, once data limit reached and you are given warning by the system.
4.Check the box that says set mobile data limit and you will be see a notice box saying that your mobile data connection will be disabled once data limit is reached. Click on OK button.

5.You will see a graph with red and yellow lining. Set yellow lining where you want to notify you with android system warning. Set red line where you want to disable data usage.(According to your internet data plan).
And you can close settings now and congratulations! You just saved yourself the pain of huge bills or running out of internet data when you really need it.
