How to create a welcome page in windows 7 so simple just follow the steps


1. Click on start
2. Type run in windows search space
3. Click enter to lunch the run application
4. In the run search space, type gpedit.msc
5. Another page will open with the name Local Group Policy Editor
6. Click on the arrow next to Windows Settings
7. Again click on the arrow next to Security Settings
8. Click on Local Policies
9. Click on Security Options
10. Scroll down and right click on Interactive Logon: Message text for users attempting to log on
11. Click on Properties
12. Under Local Policy Setting you will see a box were you can type your welcome message as many as you can
13. Right under Interactive Logon: Message text for users attempting to log on is Interactive Logon: Message title for users attempting to log on...you can have a title or heading with the text under.
